Kirk Mulfinger
Kirk is the founder of Hampton West Real Estate. He is a licensed attorney, a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage broker. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Kirk holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. Kirk is a real estate attorney with experience in transactions, financing, closings, and development. Kirk serves as an arbitrator with the Multiple Listing Service Grievance Committee. He is an instructor in residential real estate law for the Washington State Bar Washington Association. Kirk founded Mulfinger Law Group in 2000, Hampton West Real Estate and Hampton West Financial Group in 2006.

Chris Dugger
Chris brings over 16 years of sales and marketing experience to Hampton West. He joined the group in 2005 and has already handled well over 50 transactions to date. His previous experience was spent in the sports industry with both the Mariners and Sonics. Chris graduated with a BA in History from the University of Hawaii where he was a two year starter on the nationally ranked baseball team.

Jessica Nadelman
Jessica is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and is a member of the Washington State Bar. In addition to her litigation responsibilities, Jessica manages transactions and marketing, and serves as our office manager. Jessica joined the group in 2005.

Brad Coats
An industry veteran and lifetime Bellevue resident, Brad brings over 17 years of experience and is a third-generation real estate agent. He is a graduate of Seattle University with a degree in Financial Management. Brad is an accredited stager and buyer representative. He is a frequent national lecturer in Real Estate investing.

Mike Sanders - commercial and investment consultant
Mike has over 35 years experience in commercial property management, brokerage and leasing. He is the founder of The Reis Group Inc., our affiliated commercial property management company.
